We operate on
outsourcing/leasing or direct recruitment model as per the agreement with the employer.
Outsourcing:-
In the outsourcing model, candidates are formally employed by our company, which assumes responsibility for all legal, administrative, and contractual obligations related to their employment. However, these employees carry out their day-to-day work activities under the direction, supervision, and operational control of the client (main employer), typically at the client’s workplace or designated site.
While we remain the official employer on record—managing payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance—the client retains functional oversight of the employees’ tasks, schedules, and performance. This model allows our clients to focus on their core operations while benefiting from a flexible, scalable workforce solution that ensures legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Temporary Hiring: The Temporary Hiring, or Employee Leasing model, is similar in structure to the outsourcing model, wherein the candidates are officially employed by our company and perform their duties under the direct supervision and control of the client (host employer). Our company remains responsible for employment-related obligations, including payroll processing, social security contributions, and compliance with labor regulations.
However, a key distinction in this model is the time-bound nature of the employment arrangement. According to applicable labor laws, the candidate may be assigned to the same employer for a maximum period of 18 months. Upon completion of this period, the employee must either be permanently absorbed by the client or withdrawn from the assignment, in compliance with legal requirements.
This model offers businesses a compliant and flexible workforce solution to meet temporary or project-based staffing needs while maintaining full operational control over the employees during the lease term.
Direct Recruitment: In this model, the candidates are screened and recruited by us locally or overseas, and thereafter they are directly employed in the employer’s company. We co-operate in all the above models, as per the convenience of the client.
