Kruthika Jayaprakash is a seasoned IT professional, immigration business strategist, and human resource specialist with over 20 years of cross-industry experience. Her career reflects a unique blend of technical acumen, people management, and business leadership, making her a dynamic figure in today’s global professional landscape.
She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Madras, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at Warsaw Management University in Poland. Her academic journey complements her professional expertise, bridging theory and practice in the areas of leadership, operations, and organizational development.
In her professional trajectory, Kruthika has made significant contributions to the IT industry, managing complex systems and driving business efficiency across various roles. Beyond IT, she plays an instrumental role in managing her husband’s immigration law practice, which has served a global clientele for many years. Her responsibilities include overseeing end-to- end business operations, client relationship management, case coordination, and regulatory compliance — making her a core pillar of the firm’s continued success.
Additionally, Kruthika brings strong experience in human resources, particularly in areas such as talent acquisition, staff onboarding, and workplace policy implementation, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural workforce dynamics. Her HR insight has been invaluable in both her IT and immigration roles, ensuring operational alignment with human capital needs.
As part of her current academic pursuit, Kruthika is conducting research on gender disparity in corporate leadership, a subject she plans to explore further at the doctoral (PhD) level. Her study investigates a critical issue: although women comprise approximately 50% of the global workforce, their representation drops significantly at the middle and senior levels. At the CEO level, only about 10% of leadership positions are held by women, underscoring the urgent need for structural reform in corporate governance.
Her research aims to uncover and challenge the systemic, cultural, and organizational barriers that hinder women's progress in leadership, and propose actionable strategies to foster inclusive, diverse, and equitable leadership pipelines across sectors.
Now based in Warsaw, Poland, Kruthika continues to lead with clarity, compassion, and purpose —blending business intelligence with a passion for equity-driven change.
